Copyrighted-spendthrift-trust vendors (the Red River genre)

All sell a paid, "copyrighted" irrevocable non-grantor complex discretionary spendthrift trust built on the IRC §643 misreading + a "Compliance Overseer" control office. None offer free templates.

Enforcement backdrop: IRS Chief Counsel AM 2023-006 (Aug 2023) rejects this exact structure; the §643 corpus-exclusion theory does not defer tax.

Re-fetched directly (site back up, HTTP 200) and cataloged via its WordPress REST API → data/youarelaw-docs.json (202 entries), integrated as the site's fourth source with its own badge.

• School: "You Are Law," founded on the teachings of Dr. Theron Jay "TJ" Marrs — the thesis is literally "Law is About Trusts, Not Corporations or Rights": recast yourself as beneficiary of the relevant trust to win in court, combined with status change + asset-protection trusts, "delete debt," and a criminal-defense course ("The Slam Dunk").
• Structure: WordPress membership site. Substantive material (Gold Member Course sessions, member calls, the Documents area) is paywalled; article excerpts and the category taxonomy are public via /wp-json/wp/v2/.
• Public categories cataloged: Trust (8), Tax Discussion (32), Money & Banking (28), Jurisdiction (98), Statutory Tactics (87), Foreclosures & Mortgage (37) — this project catalogs the trust/tax-relevant public posts plus course/reference pages.
• Trust material: no downloadable spendthrift/pure-trust template on the public site — the trust content is pedagogical (posts + gated video courses), e.g. "How Status and Asset Protection Work Together," "Case dismissed… by holding her ground as beneficiary." So like SEDM, it teaches a trust theory and sells courses; it does not hand out a fillable irrevocable-trust form.
• Free? Free member enrollment for article access; paid Gold membership + à-la-carte courses for the substance.
• Relation to SEDM: independent (SEDM's own docket materials elsewhere cite youarelaw.org/jd for the plaintiff/"bring suit" path, but You Are Law is not in SEDM's affiliate list and vice-versa).

Related myth: "global collateral accounts" trusts (not templates)

A separate strand worth distinguishing from the buildable-template genre: the "global collateral accounts / recovery of global assets" mythology, whose signature artifact is the D'Avila Family Trust Indenture — a fictional mega-trust ("THREE HUNDRED DODECALLION" dollars) published by Anna Von Reitz (the same author as this project's Wisconsin Assembly source). It has no clauses, parties, or corpus to fill in; it is narrative, not an instrument. Fully written up in docs/DAVILA-FAMILY-TRUST.md; the primary notice is cataloged under the Wisconsin Assembly source. This is the site's third sovereign-trust mode (alongside copyrighted templates and common-law/assembly paperwork) — and the only one that is not buildable.

Legitimate free sources (for honest comparison)

For an actual irrevocable spendthrift trust drafted under real state law, the legitimate free/low-cost sources are ordinary legal-form providers and the statutes themselves — not the "copyrighted trust" vendors:

• Your state's Uniform Trust Code spendthrift provision (UTC §502) — see the in-app /statutes catalog for the citation and official link per state.
• Free-form providers (LawDepot, Rocket Lawyer, Nolo, eForms) for a statutorily-grounded irrevocable trust with a spendthrift clause.
• The key legitimacy test: a real spendthrift clause protects a beneficiary from their creditors; it does not make trust income tax-free or shield a settlor's assets (except in the 19 APT states, and only with real surrender of control). The copyrighted-trust vendors invert this — that inversion is the abuse the IRS targets.
